The K-FMT Kit is a full kit for you to assemble into a working FM transmitter for FPP. It includes a QN8027 module which handles the FM transmission, a carrier board that provides power via USB and a bridge to bridge from USB to QN8027, a small metal case, caps for the case, screws to assemble the case, and an extendable antenna. It also include a USBA -> USBC cable for power and communication with your Raspberry Pi or Beagle that is running FPP10.
The QN8027 chip provides low power FM transmission. The 3.5mm audio jack provides the audio input to the QN8027. The K-FMT carrier board provides communication to the QN8027 to allow setting the frequency, various antenna settings, as well as provide RDS information that is transmitted with the audio.
Note: for this to work, you WILL need the KulpLights K-FMT/QN8027 plugin installed into FPP 10.0 or newer.
